By submitting a stop service request you are authorizing Suburban Water, Inc. to disconnect service on the stop service date that you will provide below. All customers must provide an forwarding address, this is the address that your final bill will be mailed to. If you are a rental customer and a have a rental desposit on file with Suburban Water we will mail your rental deposit refund check to the forwarding address you provide. Deposit refunds are processed within two weeks from the date that water service is disconnected. The final balance of your account will be deducted from your rental deposit and any other outstanding charges that are currently present on your account.
